“The Rumbling”—the march that crushes the world outside Paradis Island beneath countless Titans. This diorama embodies the decision Eren Yeager made through anguish and inner conflict, realized at a scale over one meter wide. The apocalyptic procession is composed with meticulous care, down to the rhythm of each step and the flow of the long hair trailing behind. Deliberate stylization in both size and form heightens the terror of what approaches.
The overwhelming weight is conveyed through the arch of exposed ribs. Rising steam, emitting three colors of light via LEDs, surrounds the Doomsday Titan—crafted to visualize despair itself. To capture the delicate nuance of the original work, rooted hair is used for the head, creating intricate strands that lend complex emotion to the expression conveyed by the character’s green eyes. The Titans of the Wall advancing in silence are equally refined, with exquisite detail in the balance of muscle and bone. Each distinct visage enhances both individuality and unease.
The specially designed base evokes a desolate wilderness, trampled until all signs of life have vanished. Below the cliffs stretches a vast, crystal-blue sea—foretelling the fate that lies beyond.
